Run a repeatable client workflow from the initial brief through reporting. Advarde brings account connections, campaign preparation, conversion setup, and assistant access into a workspace your operators can review together.
Make the client handoff concrete
Collect the approved offer, target geography, budget, destination, creative evidence, and measurement owner. Confirm who owns the advertiser account and who is authorized to approve spending.
Use the launch checklist and creative brief to turn those decisions into inputs the operator can use. An incomplete brief often causes more delay than campaign entry itself.
Keep accounts and approvals clear
Select the intended client account before preparing work. Review the account ID, currency, and normalized amounts in the proposal. Keep the exact draft version with the client’s approval reference.
Create paused, inspect the result, and make activation a separate launch decision. Use workspace roles and scoped assistant connections so access follows the operating arrangement.
Report business outcomes with definitions
Give clients the report range, timezone, event definition, and attribution context. Separate platform results from CRM qualification and financial outcomes. Unknown data should be visible, not replaced by zero.
Use a recurring report only after its manual version has been checked. Assign an owner to investigate alerts and explain the decisions made during the period.
Offboard with a complete record
Remove obsolete memberships and assistant authorizations, review active policies, and handle upstream advertiser credentials according to the ownership agreement. Preserve the campaign and reporting record for the remaining account owner.
Stopping automation is different from pausing live advertising. Confirm the intended outcome for each during a transition.
