Use this checklist as the final handoff between preparation and launch. Each item has a place for an owner and evidence so the team can distinguish a completed check from an assumption. The editable Markdown file works in a text editor or can be copied into your project tool.

The template follows the sequence from account ownership to the first delivery review. It asks for the selected account and currency, approved budget and offer, successful-action tracking evidence, creative and destination checks, and the reviewed campaign version.
- Account access, ownership, billing, and permissions.
- The business outcome, test budget, and review date.
- Successful and failed conversion-path tests.
- Exact creative, destination, geography, and spending review.
- Paused creation, result reconciliation, and activation approval.
- Delivery monitoring and a named response owner.
How to use it
Copy the file for each campaign and fill in the campaign name, advertiser ID, owner, and launch date. Attach links to the draft, screenshots, test records, and approval rather than relying on a checked box alone.
Mark an item as not applicable only with a reason. If a requirement is blocked, record the owner and next action. The checklist should make the unresolved work visible before launch.
An example acceptance check
For a booking funnel, “tracking works” is too vague. A stronger record says that a permitted booking was confirmed in the application, its stable ID was used by the event, and a recent receipt was inspected. A separate note records that attribution is still evaluated later.
Keep the version used at launch. If the destination, event, or budget changes, review the affected items again and retain the change date.
