Paste a public page URL. Advarde fetches the HTML once (http or https), blocks private networks, limits redirects, size, and rate, and reports ChatGPT/OpenAI pixel signals, Google Tag Manager containers, and optional GA4 or Meta tags. No cookies are set. Static HTML cannot prove runtime-injected tags.
Check a public page
Fetches the page HTML once from Advarde’s servers (http/https only; private networks blocked). No cookies are stored. Static HTML cannot detect pixels injected at runtime — use ChatGPT Pixel Helper for live browser calls.
How to use the ChatGPT pixel checker
Enter the exact landing page or site URL you expect to carry the pixel. Review whether OpenAI Ads SDK / oaiq signals appear, whether a GTM container ID is present, and the suggested next steps.
If GTM is detected without a visible OpenAI snippet, the pixel may live inside the container — confirm with GTM Preview and ChatGPT Pixel Helper.
What the checker looks for
It scans for bzrcdn.openai.com/sdk/oaiq, oaiq() calls, the Advarde buroConversions helper, bzr.openai.com measurement URLs, GTM-… container IDs, GA4 G-… IDs, and Meta fbq / fbevents.js references. Pixel ID candidates are reported when they appear in the HTML.
Security and limits
Only http and https on default ports are allowed. Private, loopback, link-local, and cloud-metadata addresses are blocked after DNS resolution and again after each redirect. Responses are capped, redirects are limited, and each IP is rate limited. The request does not send or store cookies.
Verify in a real browser next
A static pass is preparation evidence only. Install or fire a test event, then inspect live calls with ChatGPT Pixel Helper and confirm receipts in Advarde.
Common questions
Can this tool see pixels loaded only through Google Tag Manager?
Not reliably. If a GTM container is present, the OpenAI pixel may be inside GTM and invisible in static HTML. Use GTM Preview and ChatGPT Pixel Helper to confirm live fires.
Does the checker store my URL or cookies?
The check fetches the page once to scan HTML. It does not set cookies on your browser for the check, and it is not a crawl archive.
Why might a working pixel look missing?
Tags injected after page load, behind consent banners, or only inside a tag manager often do not appear in the first HTML response. A missing result here is not proof the pixel is absent in a live session.
What should I do after a failed check?
Follow the pixel/GTM install guide, publish the container or direct snippet, then re-check and verify with ChatGPT Pixel Helper plus Advarde test-event receipts.
Which URLs are blocked?
Only public http and https URLs on default ports are accepted. Localhost, private networks, link-local, and metadata addresses are rejected after DNS and after redirects.
