Advarde’s account controls help you inspect account health and manage repeatable operating decisions. Start with monitoring, review the evidence, and authorize only the specific automatic actions your team intends to permit.
See the account’s operating state
Inspect the latest successful account snapshot, currency, timezone, write state, and unresolved issues. Delivery and measurement observations are shown with their limitations. Zero observed impressions is a reason to investigate, not a diagnosis by itself.
Keep missing and stale data visible. A decision made from an incomplete snapshot can be less reliable than an explicit hold while the account is refreshed.
Define standards your team can review
Record naming conventions, allowed destination domains, UTM defaults, and operating dates. Standards make deviations easier to find and give an assistant or operator a consistent brief.
Saved standards do not silently rewrite existing ads. Use a reviewed change when a campaign needs correction and retain the before and after values.
Keep intervention straightforward
Pause an individual policy or stop future automation for an account or workspace when needed. Inspect the activity record for the policy revision, evidence, proposed request, and result.
Stopping automation does not pause live campaigns. If advertising must stop, use the appropriate reviewed campaign pause operation as well. Reconcile uncertain writes before resuming activity.
