Description: Save a supplied PNG/JPEG image URL or base64 file after deterministic type, size and dimension checks. Maximum 1 MiB, 80–4096 pixels per dimension. Saves locally; Ads upload occurs through a reviewed campaign build. Remote URLs are fetched with DNS-pinned SSRF protection. No backend model.

Authentication
